Materials & safety
Medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone. Grippies have no adhesive at all. Stickies have medical-grade adhesive on the outer ring only. No adhesive ever touches the nipple. Suitable for sensitive skin.
Size guide
Chic Cherries: AA–A cup, 8cm. Peach Perfect: B–DD cup, 10cm. Full Bloom: DDD+ cup, 13cm. If unsure, size up.

How to wear each one.
Grippies: warm
Hold in your hands for 10 to 15 seconds, then press on. The fabric holds them.
Stickies: centre
On clean, dry skin, line up the glue-free centre over your nipple.
Stickies: press
Smooth the outer ring down all the way round for 10 seconds.
Rinse & store
Warm water, air dry, back in the magnetic box.

Grippies for anything fitted, knitwear, gym and swim. Stickies for backless, plunge, strapless and loose silk or satin.
Grippies: warm in your hands for 10 to 15 seconds and press on. Stickies: no warming, just line up the glue-free centre on clean, dry skin and press the edge down.
Never. Grippies have no adhesive at all. Stickies only have adhesive on the outer ring.
