UK RETURN POLICY

Returns window

We offer a 28-day money-back guarantee on our products, subject to the conditions set out below and inspection on return.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, the money-back guarantee applies only where items have not been excessively worn or used and where hygiene protections remain intact, as outlined in this policy.


Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in a clean and reasonable condition. Due to the intimate nature of our products, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may affect the refund amount.


'Grippy' Non-adhesive nipple covers

Our non-adhesive nipple covers are supplied attached to a protective plastic backing dome to help maintain their shape prior to use.

To check sizing or shade, we recommend holding the covers against the body while they remain attached to the backing dome. This allows you to assess suitability without wearing the product.

If non-adhesive nipple covers have been worn or tried on after removal from the backing dome, they cannot be resold as new. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may apply a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduction in value of the returned item following inspection.

If the item remains unused and attached to its original backing dome, a full refund will be issued.

Our 28-day money-back guarantee applies to non-adhesive nipple covers. Where items have been worn or tried on after removal from the backing dome, a partial refund may be issued following inspection to reflect reduced value.

 

'Sticky' Adhesive nipple covers and hygiene protection

Our adhesive nipple covers are supplied attached to a protective plastic backing to maintain hygiene prior to use.

To check sizing or shade, we recommend holding the covers against the body while they remain attached to the protective backing. This allows you to assess suitability without removing the backing or exposing the adhesive.

Once the covers have been peeled from the protective backing, the hygiene protection is considered removed and the item is no longer eligible for return or refund for hygiene reasons.

Adhesive nipple covers may only be returned within 28 days if they remain unused and attached to their original protective backing.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrect items.

For hygiene reasons, our 28-day money-back guarantee does not apply once adhesive nipple covers have been peeled from their protective backing.


Inspection and refunds

All returns are inspected when received. Refunds are processed once inspection is complete and will reflect the condition of the returned item in line with UK consumer regulations.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, a full refund or replacement will be offered in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

Important notes

  • We do not charge restocking or handling fees
  • Any deduction reflects reduced value only
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Starting a return

To start a return, please contact us at support@trybreasties.com or login to your account, select your order and open a return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or shade, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


International Return Policy

We apologise that we are not able to accept international returns at this time.

Additional Refund Details

After processing, refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your online bank statement.

Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.
