Grippies have no adhesive at all and hold with body heat and fabric, so they're for anything fitted. Stickies have adhesive on the outer ring only, for backless, strapless and plunge.
Chemist covers usually come in one beige shade, stop at a C cup and have glue across the nipple. Grippies come in five shades and three sizes, with no glue, and you reuse them.
